The Short Version

  • /We never train AI on your data. Your briefings, tasks, and team insights are yours alone.
  • /We never sell your data. We make money from subscriptions, not your information.
  • /You can delete everything. Request full data deletion anytime—no questions asked.
  • /Enterprise-grade security. Built on Vercel, Supabase, and industry-standard encryption.

What We Collect

We collect only what's necessary to run Cleu:

  • Account info: Email, name, profile picture (from Google OAuth).
  • Usage data: How you interact with Cleu to improve your experience.
  • Content you create: Standups, briefs, tasks, and agent configurations.

We do not collect payment information directly—that's handled securely by Stripe.

How We Use Your Data

  • To run Cleu: Process your inputs, generate briefs, and orchestrate your agents.
  • To improve the product: Aggregate, anonymous analytics help us build better features.
  • To communicate: Send you important updates (never spam, ever).

What we absolutely do NOT do:

  • — Train AI models on your personal or company data
  • — Sell or share your data with third parties for advertising
  • — Access your content without your explicit action

Security & Infrastructure

Cleu is built on enterprise-grade infrastructure:

  • Vercel AI SDK & AI Gateway: Secure, high-performance AI orchestration with encrypted API calls.
  • Supabase: PostgreSQL database with row-level security, encrypted at rest and in transit.
  • Resend: Transactional emails with DKIM/SPF authentication.
  • TLS 1.3: All data encrypted in transit using modern protocols.

Your Rights

You have full control over your data:

  • Access: Request a copy of all data we have about you.
  • Correction: Update or fix any inaccurate information.
  • Deletion: Request complete removal of your account and all associated data.
  • Portability: Export your data in a standard format.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted partners to operate Cleu. Each is bound by strict data processing agreements:

  • Google OAuth: Authentication only—we don't access your Google Drive, Calendar, or other data.
  • Vercel: Hosting and AI infrastructure (SOC 2 Type II certified).
  • Supabase: Database and authentication (SOC 2 Type II certified).
  • Resend: Email delivery.
  • Vercel Analytics: Anonymous, privacy-focused usage analytics.
